At Coastal Treasures, we prioritize delivering your bullion with care and efficiency. All orders are shipped within 4 business days after payment clears. We charge a flat shipping fee of $25 for all Canadian customers. Instead of inflating bullion prices to offer “free” shipping, we provide the best value with our Fair, Firm, Fast, and Friendly Service.
Every delivery is handled with world-class packaging standards. We ship via Canada Post or FedEx, depending on your location and the product, ensuring all packages are expedited, fully insured, and registered. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Rest assured, your package is covered by our insurance policy should anything happen in transit.
Additional Information:
- Coastal Treasures accepts responsibility only up to the point of delivery confirmation by the carrier. We are not liable if you’ve left special instructions for parcels to be left unattended or delivered to a different address, such as a neighbor, building manager, or another unit at your location.
- We do not deliver to PO Boxes.
- Coastal Treasures currently only ships within Canada through our website. For international orders, please contact us to lock in your product and arrange shipping.
